COVID UPDATE – APRIL 22nd 2022

We appreciate the last two years have been difficult, adjusting to the continual changes in restriction in order for us to continue to treat and care for your pets safely.

We are happy to announce even further easing of restrictions at Annandale Animal Hospital in line with NSW Health. We are now welcoming up to all clients inside reception area to wait for their appointment.

There will be seating outside if clients prefer. Masks are optional and are no longer compulsory within the hospital.

Of course, if you would prefer to have a contactless consult, we are happy to see your pet and communicate with you via phone whilst you remain outside or in your car.

MONTHLY TRAINING/MEETINGS

Annandale Animal Hospital has introduced a whole staff meeting and training time every two months. In order to maintain a high level of service it is imperative that training and communication is done without interruption. The hospital will be closed for 2 hours each meeting, this means the phones will be switched over to a recorded message for emergencies and the front door will be locked. Our website, social media platforms and in hospital notification will be updated with the dates and times for these meeting/training sessions. AAH thanks you in advance for your understanding.
